Application;
Professional Sound Reinforcement - Medium to High Level. This is a professional
'high end' range of enclosures
from Ecler, typically of interest to contractors for 'Houses of
Worship', Medium to Large auditoriums, Theatres and even larger
up-market Clubs etc. The UMA is the upgraded replacement of the AWAK
series, and like the AWAK, the UMA is designed for the professional environment
where quality, high power and high intelligibility are specified requirements.
The upgrade is essentially in the following areas:

pricing, Vibe enclosures make up the perfect speaker system for small to
medium live music applications. A wedge shape on the Vibe 15 also makes
it suitable for use as a passive monitor.

The range consists of a choice of 2 speakers: Ambit
103 (25W RMS 8ohm or 100V Line with power selection) & Ambit 106 (50W
RMS 8ohm or 100V Line with power selection). The units are also very
light, and small. For example the Ambit 106 - 210x210x160mm, weighing
only 2,75kg. The most striking feature of the Ambits is that the
selection between 100V line application or standard speaker application
is performed on the selection panel on the rear of the enclosure, (even
the screw driver to do so is provided with each cabinet).
The speakers are available in Black or White, and the mounting hardware
offers quick and neat installation for arrays, clusters etc. Mounting
hardware is also coded according to the colour of the speaker. The
design emphasis was aimed at small but powerful units, but not to allow
the small size of the enclosures to compromise audio quality. In fact,
the audio quality is astounding.
